1. GENERAL CONDITIONS (rooms / whole house)
-The customer, at the time of entry, is responsible for the correct behavior of all persons accompanying him.
-Guests are not allowed to carry out any disturbing, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illicit activities in the lodging.
-Stag parties, private parties and any activity that disturbs the family and usual tranquility of the environment are not allowed.
-The use of the house will be exclusive to the guests who have hired it.
-Guests are responsible for keeping the house properly locked in their absence.
-Guests will be responsible for keeping in perfect condition the objects, belongings and appliances that are in the house.
-The breakage of appliances or any other appliance or household goods that are part of the accommodation must be reported immediately to notify the appropriate technical service, but the failure of this service will not be cause for any compensation.
-The owner is not responsible for losses, thefts, damages suffered by the guests, power or water cuts.
-It is not allowed to enter the house with bicycles, skates or toys with wheels.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Smoking is forbidden, except in the areas indicated for this purpose (outdoor patio).
2. Check-in / Check-out time (full house)
The usual check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards.
Departure must be before 12:00 noon.
Whenever possible we will offer flexibility in these times.
Please arrive at the house before 21:30 hours.
3. Booking conditions (full house)
To formalize the reservation will be necessary the personal data of the person making the reservation and paying a deposit of 200 € to be returned to the delivery of keys and after checking that everything is correct.
The total amount of the reservation will be paid upon arrival at the house in cash or by credit card at the time of arrival and signing of the contract.
In case of lodging a greater number of people than those fixed in each reservation the lodging will demand a supplement of occupation for these people.
If there were damages caused by the client in the house, it will be discounted from the deposit and, in case the damages exceed the amount given as deposit, the client will have to pay the difference.
4. Cancellation conditions (whole house)
Free cancellation within 15 days of arrival date.
If the client cancels within 15 days of the arrival date, the accommodation will keep the deposit as a penalty.
