THE HOUSE

Our cottage is characterized by being a unique rural tourist accommodation, with local character and with all the comforts in summer and winter times. A place of recreation for families and friends who enjoy the rural world and that allows to discover the table of Ocaña and in particular La Guardia. In this rural house it is necessary to emphasize:

THE ENVIRONMENT. The rural house that concerns us is located in an idyllic setting, surrounded by a specially protected green area, mostly formed by pine forests and in turn 200m from the Plaza Mayor of the village and 100m from a municipal sports complex with free access. Passing through the same door the route of Don Quixote. Located in a municipality of less than 3,000 inhabitants, where it maintains the character and rural customs.

RURAL ACTIVITIES. All guests can enjoy sports or leisure activities, such as hunting activities, wine tasting, visits to the lagoons, hiking through the pine forests, among the great attractions of this rural enclave.

ITS TRADITIONAL CONSTRUCTION. It is an old popular traditional construction of more than 100 years old. A livestock farm that consists of a 2-storey building for housing, where it has attached to it porches or rooms for agricultural storage and animal housing

ROOMS. The house offers 6 double rooms all with individual bathrooms. One of them is on the first floor and accessible. All of them are large with more than 15m2. The double beds will be 150cm wide ensuring the comfort of customers.

COMMON AREAS: The common areas of the house are one of its great attractions. From a fireplace welcoming you at the entrance that leads to the living room, located in the old stables with a wooden truss roof. A living room of more than 50m2, equipped with television, fireplace, sofa areas and tables to meet.

OWN OUTDOOR SPACES. The private outdoor environment of the rural house will also be an attraction. With more than 3.000m of plot, the guests will have a seasonal swimming pool with lawn areas and sun loungers, a gazebo and a multisport court for children and youth recreation. In addition to having an outdoor porch with lounge furniture to relax on summer days overturned to the Manchego patio.

FACADES. The facades will be reformed with local limestone to emphasize its rustic character beyond the current skirting boards or window frames. Thus beautifying its exterior appearance.
